长期以来，英语教学中我们普遍强调听、说、读方面的技能，而写的技能没有得到应有的重视；加上教师陈旧的写作教学模式和评改方式等原因都直接或间接导致学生对写作重视程度不够，写作能力低下而对英语写作失去兴趣和信心，从而害怕甚至逃避写作，这与新课程要求严重脱节。因此，如何有效地提高中学生的英语写作能力成了目前中学英语教学中一个需迫切解决的问题。

基于此，本人根据自己的英语教学实践，尝试一种探究式写作教学，使学生在教师的引导下，激发写作兴趣，养成自主合作探究学习的习惯，培养分析问题和解决问题的能力，发扬创新精神，提高写作水平。

一、运用发现型探究，以仿写为主要训练形式，提高写作能力

任何一种语言的学习都是从模仿开始的，包括母语学习。我们学习英语写作也离不开“仿写”，因为要使用某种语言就得“入乡随俗”，服从这种语言的习惯。而通过发现型探究，可探究基本句型，英文的结构形式以及课文的写作思路及内容，从而有效仿写。

二、运用应用型探究，设计各项活动方案，提高写作能力

一年一度的圣诞节快要到了，班上要组织一个圣诞晚会。我让学生分组合作设计活动方案，首先通过校图书馆的相关书籍和网络，了解圣诞节的来历和传说；圣诞节的传统；圣诞歌曲，圣诞祝福语；圣诞袜及传说等，然后小组书面汇报，内容为：（1）介绍圣诞节；（2）介绍圣诞晚会的活动方案流程。最后，在晚会后，我让每个学生写一篇My Christmas Day的文章。在探究中，学生的英语学习热情高涨，通过查阅圣诞相关知识、小组合作书面汇报、个人写作，学生的英语词汇量和表达不断加强，从而他们的英文写作能力也得到了进一步的提高和锻炼。

三、运用表达型探究，描述人物和事件，提高写作能力

新标准初一下Module 8通过过去生活的描述学习一般过去时。在学生掌握了一定的词汇和句型的基础上，我通过多媒体展示了一张Tony’s house的图片，要求学生仔细观察，然后尽力描绘出图中的一切。有了前面的铺垫，学生畅所欲言，运用所学句型There was/were .....with.....详细描绘房子的结构、物品的摆放以及周边的环境；在此基础上我发动学生进行头脑风暴，想象Tony及他的家人可能在房子里及花园里可干的事，学生的热情之高出乎我的预料，他们的想象力之丰富也让我为之惊叹，看来只要给予学生充分的空间，相信学生的探究能力，他们就会创造奇迹。在打开了学生的思维、积累了相当多的信息和资料后，我乘势而下让学生以“Tony’s past life”为题、以空间顺序为依据来描述Tony的房子和想象的相应过去活动口头写一篇小短文。最后布置练笔作业：以“My past life”为题写一篇短文。学生会参照课堂所练的文章的篇章结构，以自己的真实生活为蓝本来进行写作训练。这样的作文既贴近生活，又能体现学生的个性特点。

一、 写作课模式

学生储存丰富的语言材料是写好英语作文的前提和基础。教师应为学生挑选适合其阅读的语言材料，让学生背诵并牢固掌握优秀句型和短语，为英语写作打下良好的基础。在英语教学中，教师应指导学生选出课文中重要的语句背诵，并进行听写训练。通过开展“每日一句话，每周一段话”的活动，让学生积累丰富的语言材料。在学生积累了一定的语言知识之后，教师便可有意识地对学生进行英语写作训练。

第一，采用“问―答―整―改”的写作训练模式。在学生学习完某一单元的知识之后，教师应要求学生结合本单元的话题确定写作题目和内容。如第六单元的“My favorite sports”，在学生写作过程中，教师应用一些鼓励性的语言如“You can make it”，给予学生信心，然后就题目和内容进行详细讲解。让学生对题目提出一些有针对性的问题，总结的问题如下：What sports do you like？ Did you play against others？等。针对学生的问题，教师可以作一些补充，如各种不同的运动：skiing， mountain climbing等。引导学生在书上找到已有的句型丰富自己的语言，并要求学生针对各个问题给出自己的答案。然后，教师再作补充，让学生在边提问、边回答的过程中进行英语写作。随后，教师要组织学生整合自己的文章并修改，可以采用小组内相互修改的方式。学生在誊写完成之后上交给教师，教师再作批改。

第二，引导学生学会基本的写作套路。由于初中生掌握的英语知识有限，学生能够按照基本的写作套路写出文章即可。以八年级Unit 2 Topic 2的作文和Review 1的作文为例，这两篇可以归纳为同一题目：What should we do to keep healthy？结合课文内容发现，具体可从健康的饮食、锻炼、充足的睡眠三方面着手进行写作。结合汉语作文的写作技巧，引出“总―分―总”的结构，让学生按照这一结构进行写作，逐步打开学生的思路。

二、 对话课模式

在上对话课时，教师要指导学生预习，为学生创设教学情境，并及时反馈。在这一过程中，教师让学生对文化差异的内容进行反复训练是关键。

比如，由于文化的差异，中国表达感谢用语时，比较习惯说“不用客气”“没什么”“这是我应该做的”“这点小事，不用放心上”。因此学生在学习英文时，比较倾向于运用“It’s my duty” “That’s what I should do”“Never mind”。而实际上“Never mind”是用于回答对方道歉用的。七年级的对话课出现“Thanks” “Thank you”的情况比较多。在出现感谢用语时，应着重练习感谢的应答语“It’s my pleasure”“Not at all” “That’s OK”“That’s all right” “You’re welcome”。

又如，英语中的“yes ”和“no”是针对事情本身而言的，它对事不对人。中国学生会受其文化习惯的影响，容易在翻译疑问句的回答以及赞同别人所说的否定句时出错。如“Most of the students in England are not as diligent as their parents，are they？”如果我们得到的回答是“no”，我们会受文化差异的影响，认为英国的小孩一代比一代勤奋。事实却并非如此，英语对别人的否定句的赞同用“no”来表达：英国的孩子其实也不勤奋，也很调皮。在讲解完文化差异之后，教师可以举例练习反意疑问句的回答方式：“It is blackboard， isn’t it？”“It is red， isn’t it？”让学生按照英语的思维习惯来回答，从而加深其对中方西文化差异的认识。

在不经意间笔者看到了这么一句话：“当人们在互联网上用键盘无拘无束地交流着感情、思想、信息，自由发表着见解的时候，人类社会已进入真正的写作时代。”这句话深深地触动了笔者的内心，笔者一直困惑于初中学生的英语写作教学，苦苦思索怎么才能有效地提高学生的英语写作水平，这句话犹如晨曦中的明星，让笔者茅塞顿开，突然灵顿地想到：将微博运用在初中英语写作教学中。

一、改变了学生的学习方式

将微博应用在英语写作教学中完全从另一个角度采用全新的方式来促进学生的学习，在实践中取得了良好的效果。而且，微博的形式灵活多样，也让英语的学习从传统的课堂扩展到随时随地，学生可以利用课间、睡觉前、吃饭、聚会、坐车、看电影、聊天等等一切机会，使严肃的学习变得轻松自然，也让英语学习变成了学生生活的一部分。

二、提高了学生学习的兴趣

玩微博是学生中流行的一种时尚。有些家长为此也很苦恼，将英语的写作教学与微博结合起来，因势利导地引导学生将兴趣和爱好转移到学习上来，学生、家长、老师皆大欢喜。例如，在学习了“FAMILY TREE”后，笔者要求学生将自己全家的照片上传到微博，并用简短的英语语句介绍家庭各位成员。笔者还挑选了几位性格活波且英语学习好的学生，让他们经常讲自己所经历或者看到的有趣的事情通过图片或者语句发到微博上，让他们互相回复发言，发表看法，营造一种热闹非凡的情景，目的是带动其他学生也参与进来。慢慢地，大家在微博上的发言比较随意，就是有学生写的单词有错误，或者句型不正确，或者时态等方面出现问题，会马上得到其他同学的纠正，笔者再给予及时的指点、肯定和鼓励，不到两个礼拜，大家参与的热情很高涨，几乎每个学生都成为积极分子。

三、适于对学生进行专项教学

在通过微博培养学生运用英语的能力和习惯的过程中，笔者有意识地对学生进行基本句型的训练，将初中英语涉及的几个基本句型和固定句式让学生反复练习和体会，并和所学的课程内容结合起来，一点一滴地让学生在不知不觉中掌握所学知识；笔者还通过微博，让学生养成了坚持书写英语日记的习惯，其实让学生积极参与微博互动，让他们将每天发生在自己周围的新鲜事到微博进行共享的过程就是一种简易的记日记的形式；笔者经过实践总结出，运用微博用词造句对学生的词汇积累非常有效，由于微博的字数有严格的限定，一般限定为140字符，让学生进行造句练习非常适合，笔者每周让学生结合新学的词汇造10个句子，到微博上，这样学生无形中形成了一种竞争的意识，谁也不想让大家看到自己落后于别人，也不想让别人看到自己造的句子不好，很少有学生从其他地方抄一些句子应付差事，因为在微博上全班同学都会看到，万一被别人发现了就会引起大家的嘲笑。通过实践发现这是一个非常有效的方法，学生可以随时实地来完成，在等车的间隙就可以完成一个造句，在蹲马桶的过程中也可以完成一个造句……长期积累下来，学生的英语语言素质就会有大幅度的提高。

四、充分利用微博资源优势让学生学会编写写作提纲

利用微博学习语言文化还具有非常明显的资源优势。笔者在圣诞节来临之前一个礼拜，布置学生写一篇关于圣诞节的短文，我提前把有关圣诞节的问题在微博上，将学生分成学习小组，以小组为单位让大家搜集信息，自行解决以下一些问题：圣诞节是怎么由来的？西方国家的民众是如何庆祝他们的圣诞节的？过圣诞节时大家最喜欢吃什么？孩子们为了圣诞节都准备了什么样的礼物？等等。我同时鼓励学生用自己的语言来呈现，要求由各个小组长通过微博监督和督促小组成员根据公告栏的问题编写出写作提纲，并到微博上，然后以小组为单位评论每个人所做的提纲，并在组内进行评选，选出最佳写作提纲。描写圣诞节的“微博行动”让大家感觉到在经过提前编写提纲的形式下写出的英语作文明显要好于没有列出提纲时书写的作文。

五、在微博上进行协作批改、评价作文

开放的微博和实时性很的微博互动最大限度地发挥了学生自评和互评的优势，学生在微博中可以互相批改和评价作文，作为教师的我也以一名参与者的身份与学生一样自己所写的英语短文，同样接受大家的评价。

笔者在将微博运用于初中学生的英语写作教学过程中，还将家长纳入到学习小组中，让家长监督学习的学习，也让一部分家长参与其中，从而形成了一个“家长——学生——教师”学习共同体，创设了一个新的语言学习环境。

一、英语节活动的目标

一提到英语节，很容易让大家产生误区：英语节就是一场英语秀，在汇演中说英语，唱英语，表演英语。为了让英语节避免形式化，对英语节活动定下如下的目标。

知识目标：要求学生在英语节活动中掌握一定的英语词汇的拼写，日常用语的会话，语段语篇的阅读。

能力目标：要求学生通过英语书写比赛，小报比赛，朗诵比赛，歌曲比赛提高英语听说读写的能力。

情感目标：要求通过丰富多彩的英语节活动创设英语学习氛围， 激发兴趣， 让学生学会合作， 展示自我， 体验成功。

二、英语节活动内容设计

学校依据上述目标，举办了两次英语节，下面是两次英语节活动内容：

1.第一届英语节以庆祝圣诞节为主题，重在人人参与，人人快乐

（1）歌曲学唱（3周时间）。英语老师，音乐教师带领学生利用早唱时间带领学生学唱有关圣诞节，新年相关的英语歌曲。

（2）词汇，日常用语学习 （4周时间）。英语老师先教会学生，学生之间互相学习，回家后教会家长单词和一些简短的会话用语。

（3）环境布置（1周时间）。各班的出一期圣诞节主题的黑板报，并进行圣诞节的节日装饰。

（4）活动体验（1天时间）。各班的同学观看圣诞节的视频，了解各国关于圣诞节的活动，同学们交流圣诞节的相关信息。同学们进行圣诞歌曲的演唱，诗歌朗诵，评委点评，家长观摩。最后由圣诞老人进行各班分发糖果，和同学英语交流。

2.第二届英语节以庆元旦，迎新年为主题，重在人人参与，人人有收获

三、活动后的总结与反思

我们学校是一所双语学校，英语节活动期间，每天早晨多彩的英语早唱活动，把同学们学习英语的快乐带到了校园的每一个角落。每天的师生对话英语问候让同学们在英语的世界里体验成功彰显自信！文艺汇演搭建了一个个展示英语才华的舞台，增强同学们学习英语的氛围， 活跃校园英语文化生活，突出学校英语教学特色。同学们在英语节中收获的不仅仅是一份荣誉，而是一份努力和付出，更是一份沉甸甸的快乐！

英语节是学生英语发展的平台，是学生英语进步的阶梯，是学生英语展示的舞台。英语节是课外对课堂的延伸，更是课堂对课外的拓展。
